Anthony Warner
Anthony commenced his career as a undergraduate insolvency accountant with Grant Thornton.
After completing his Bachelor of Business degree at UTS Sydney, he joined the Corporate Insolvency division at Ernst & Young, Sydney. He later worked in the London offices of Ernst & Young for 2 years.
Recently he established an insolvency firm in 2005 which trades as CRS Warner Kugel and a Debt Agreement Administration company in 2006 which trades as Debt Free Pty Ltd.

Brody Clarke
Brody Clarke is a corporate lawyer specializing in corporate, restructuring and insolvency law. Brody’s legal experience has been developed whilst working at the national law firm, Blake Dawson.
He has been involved in the personal insolvency industry since 2001 and became a Registered Debt Agreement Administrator upon implementation of the Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment (Debt Agreements) Act 2007.
Brody commenced his professional career in investment banking with Macquarie Bank.
Brody graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Applied Finance and in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws.

Nick Bregozzo
Tom Davison
Tom holds a BA Degree from Cambridge University and a Diploma in Financial Services and Compliance. RG146/PS146
His career started at “Blue Chip” Company Whitbread PLC where he worked in marketing and national accounts mgt. After several years there he entered the Civil Service working at UK Treasury as a Principle Executive Officer. Tom has also held posts as:
- Resources Mgr British Broadcasting Corporation. London.
- Group Credit Mgr. Chronos Publishing. London.
- Director. Heron Wharf Mgt Co.
Since returning to Australia in 2001 he has specialized in, advanced debt management, and personal insolvency, developing specific stakeholder responsibilities and relationships, spanning Government Agencies, community organizations and commercial entities and mainstream financial institutions.
Tom has also been a Debt Agreement Administrator. In 2007/8 he was invited to broadcast a series of twelve 30 minute live radio shows on “Debt Matters” on 2GB Sydney with presenter Murray Wilton.
